RE: The Galleries of Brian Brigham Complaint ID [redacted] I am rejecting the business response First of all I have done business with the Galleries of Brian Brigham since March 10, 2008, not several years as MrsBrigham mentioned in her response to you I have spent in excess of $30,at The Galleries of Brian Brigham and she has been able to please me I know I have not been a difficult customer Brian Brigham is not being truthful in response to the Revdex.com about this purchase and the events thereafterI am not a hard person to please; however, I expect to receive what I have bought and paid for It is my opinion if MrsBrigham was seeking to be an honorable business woman, she would refund my money, The bedroom bench and the other items on the receipt (receipt # [redacted] ), were purchased at The Galleries of Brian Brigham at her store in [redacted] and not at an on-site estate sale I told MrsBrigham many, many times I wanted the bench covered I became suspicious when she kept ignoring the fact that I wanted the bench covered I even asked [redacted] when she was not there if my bench was there and his reply, "yes, ***." When I went to pick up the bench, I realized this was not the bench I had purchased I told MrsBrigham that day that this was not the bench I purchased After I thought about it all night I was positive this was not my bench I called her and told her I knew positive this was not my bench Her reply, "yes it is you just have not seen it for a long time." It is my belief she sold my bench for a higher price and put me off so long hoping that I would not remember the bench I bought and put something else off on me When someone in business uses dubious practices with a frequent and long term patron, then the patron has the right to call their integrity into question As far as the employee, [redacted] is concerned, my business relationship with him was good, Since I have spent a large sum of money with MrsBrigham's business, it mystifies me as to why she refuses to resolve the problem Most any other business under similar circumstances would bend over backward to resolve this problem in a reasonable manner Until I receive reparation for my expenditure, I will never be satisfied She needs to do the right thing

In response to the letter you received from [redacted] this is not the first time that she has been unhappy. There are just some individuals that you can never please, no matter how much you go out of your way to please them. I have worked with her for several years and this complaint does...

not really surprise me. She did purchase three items (attached and circled) from an estate sale that was conducted in January and February 2014. My employee, [redacted], was also present upon purchasing these items and knows that the bench that she says is not the one she bought, is indeed hers. I continued working with her on others areas of the home and had told her that when she was ready to cover the bench that we would find her fabric. The fabric selection was never mentioned and I didn't mention it because of other projects we were working on. We moved our business from [redacted] to [redacted] in December 2014, and had to place it in storage until late August 2015. After receiving a call from her prior to November saying that she wanted to come see the bench I told [redacted] that her demeanor was very noticeable over the phone and that I guaranteed him that she was unhappy about something. Upon arriving to see the bench she immediately denied that she had not bought the bench...that we had switched them out on her - which is totally FALSE. Both [redacted] and I have integrity and would never even consider what she has accused of us doing. As far as her getting a refund, the Estate has been settled and cannot be refunded to her.
I have been in business since the mid 80's and have never been accused of anything so absurd.
As I said, there are some individuals you can never please.
