I ordered a chandelier days ago and still have not received a shipping confirmation Each week that I call I get another excuse First it was back ordered, then the next week it was stuck in customs Each week I was told it would ship the following week Once again I call this week am and told it will ship next week Horrible customer service and I keep being told lies I have disputed my charge Stay away

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a chandelier to have installed for my New Year's Eve celebrationThe chandelier arrived on time but without the crystalsI contacted the company to inform them and they told me that it would take a week to get the crystalsI'm upset because they should have sent the crystals via overnight shipping since this was there errorNow I have a chandelier with no crystals for the gala at my home on Saturday!

On this company's website, it says that it offers a certificate of authenticity with each chandelier That is a joke - it is basically a certificate that is made up from the store saying that it is authentic It is not a certificate of authenticity that is give out by name brand chandeliers You think you are purchasing a quality piece, but in reality who knows what you have purchased I guess the moral here is that you get whay you pay for

I ordered a chandelier online and this was supposed to be delivered in 7-daysAfter about a week I called them as I had not received a tracking number or e mail to let me know it has been delivered I was transferred to different people and was finally put in touch with " Steven" who then finally told me that they only had one light fixture in stock and this was damaged and so they did not ship it I had not received notification of this Steven sent me an e mail while I was on the phone with him - title was from a person named ' daniel" to try to sell me a similar but more expensive chandelierI declined and I asked for a refund Steven/ daniel said the order would be cancelled ASAP and the complete refund for $credited back to my visa used to make the initial purchase online A day later I e mailed and asked them to confirm the order was cancelled and a refund was to be provided He e mailed back and said the order was cancelled and the refund should show o

After shopping "Gallery" Chandeliers online at https://www.gallerychandeliers.com/, I have placed an order over the phone for a chandelier for a 100$ discount over the online priceUpon receiving the email confirmation, I noticed that the item number was incorrect (A83-B12/2756/36+1), so I called and got that rectified immediatelyI got a second confirmation email with the right item number (Gb104-B12/2756/36+1)Both of these items have very similar specification of height, width, # of lights and priceA week later received the item and realized that the frame I got was for the wrong item # (along with several broken parts)Emailed and called customer service - they maintain that the item I received was "per my order"They argue that both these items are exactly the same, with only minor differences in the crystal arrangements - I can clearly see that is not the caseThe frames AND crystal arrangement between the two items are visibly very different and the one I got (frame + cr

Regarding her issues:
-We do state in our policies (which were confirmed and agreed to at the time of purchase) that assembly is required. Although one can use an electrician- it is not required to be done by an electrician.
-The customer advised that the item was scratched (presumably in transit). As per our policies we reserve the right to replace the item at no charge, if the replacement is refused then the restocking fee would apply as stated in our policies (which were confirmed and agreed to at the time of purchase)
-We did proceed to inform the customer on how to proceed with the return, which they confirmed by email (see enclosed)
Resolution:
Although we have serviced the customer as per the policies that were agreed to, we have proceeded to grant the customer's request to waive the restocking fee and have refunded them the full amount included the shipping, as per their desired resolution. (See enclosed refund copy)

This gentleman came in wanted the "best marijuana" ounce we had for $250.  $250 is no where near what the best ounce would cost so he settled for 28 pre-rolled joints at 1 gram a piece instead.  Why someone looking for the best ounce he could get would limit his budget to $250 is beyond...

me.  One can't even go the illegal black market and get an ounce for $250.  Secondly, why would this self-proclaimed marijuana connoisseur by pre-rolled joints instead of flower.  He contacted us via email and I reached out to him withing minutes.  I asked for information pertaining to his transactions and offered to do whatever he would like to resolve the issue.  He continued to berate me and call me a scammer, and a thief.  I stated that if he could not find an amenable solution, that I didn't know what to do.  He grew more belligerent at which time I began to be concerned about his mental stability and the safety of our staff so I informed him that he was banned.  The safety of our personnel is paramount and we will not be spoken to in a threatening manner nor will we be verbally assaulted when trying to resolve an issue.  Everyone knows that you can't satisfy every single customer.  We have put over 60,000 customers through our store in the last 7 months with no complaints whatsoever.  It's interesting that the first complainant refused any attempt to resolve it, threatened to ruin us and expose us to the media and contact the Revdex.com, used disparaging comments to refer to myself and my store and then continued to reference drug dealers.  This smacks of an attempt at extortion.  Tedd [redacted]

Review: No where in the description of the chandelier I purchased from this company did it state that an electrician would need to be consulted for installation. That information was however in the instructions that was sent with the chandelier. Aside from that, the chandelier's base was scratched/damaged and so I contacted the company advising them of this and that I wanted to send the product back. They advised me they would send me a replacement part for the damaged base. I told them no, that I wanted to return it completely as I did not want to have to hire an electrician to install the chandelier. They advised I would be responsible for the restocking fee and the return postage. These two things together totaled over $60.00Desired Settlement: I am requesting to be compensated for the restocking fee that I had to pay. I would not have purchased this product had it been described accurately. and completely.
