I have used the company twice. The first time the repairman spent nearly an hour trying to repair the existing system and when he couldn't, installed a new opener at the quoted price with no charge for the repair attempt. The second time the repairman talked my partner out of buying a new opener and instead sold us new remotes, which he programmed, and tuned up the system, for half the cost of a new opener. All work was performed promptly and neatly. Highly recommended.
