Company states: We have been in business for many years and we do not do bad work. I told him if you cut it too long and the track would tear the cover. professional retail door. I told him if you put in a better opener you won't have the opening problems. I made the customer aware of all the potential issues beforehand and what to do to prevent them.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] Garage Door from [redacted] who they contracted The Garage Door Man/ AKA [redacted]. He did a bad job installing the garage door and chopping the bottom door seal at his own doing. He did this even when I had told him I wanted the seal from edge to edge and not to cut it. He refuses to replace the seal and keeps telling this is the correct way. I disagree with this and his implied judgement, I specifically told him not to cut it and I requested that he replaced the damaged seal and to install a new one. After many several attempts he still wants to charge me for his wrong doing. I have contacted the [redacted] manufacturer they haven't done anything about it at all and I did go to the [redacted] and they spike with him and refused and wants to charge for the mistake he made.Desired Settlement: If he chooses not t I fix what he has damaged the I want my money refunded in full and to compensate me for my time, effort and inconvenience in trying to resolve this issue with him and home fixing what I paid for.....!
