stating that Mr. [redacted] would like to cancel. Outlined in the attached sales contract is the cancelation procedure. It states that a letter must be mailed to the contractor by the second business day. We as the contractor our obligated by this contact as well to uphold our commitment until it is properly canceled. A cancelation letter would be looked at by me, the owner. The cancelation would then be processed and a refund would be issued. Other office staff do not process cancelations.
