I had my brand new car tinted twice by this business. The first job was poorly done and damaged my interior. The tint specialist ([redacted]) jaggedly cut the tint on my rear windows, and used black paint to fill in areas of my front windows which he could not figure out how to properly tint. He also dripped the paint on the interior of my car. The second tint job resulted in poorly cut tint on the front drivers side door, which also makes the sound of crinkling paper when I roll the window down. The passenger side window has a noticeable bubble which will not dissipate. The second tint job also resulted in my speaker pod being scratched. I was only offered a partial refund for the front windows even though they damaged my car's interior. When asking for an amicable refund, the shop owner [redacted], used foul language, and threatened me with physical violence saying I was trying to "rob" the shop. How is a partial refund and a damaged speaker panel a fair deal for me? My reply:[redacted], I have to say I am not very happy with the second job on my tint. I waited two weeks to roll the windows down to see if the spots I didn't like went away, they didn't. I also didn't need to roll down the drivers side window to be disappointed; the tint is jaggedly cut at the bottom and doesn't reach below the trim. I gave [redacted] the benefit of the doubt against my better judgement, and even told him he could forget about re-doing the back windows. He took the same amount of time to do two windows (in his desired settings of a brightly lit paint room and no stress) as he originally did for the entire car, the windows still turned out poorly. Additionally, [redacted] managed to scratch the length of my tweeter panel which was already in question from his last job. He said he wouldn't make your shop worry about it, and that he would get back to me when he purchased a replacement part, still no word back. I am exceptionally unhappy about that since I didn't want the panel pulled for my windows, and now to replace what he damaged, the panel will need to be pulled. This job managed to take what was once a new car, and quickly taint the entire being of it! I liked your customer service, but this is just too much, and having a standard of expecting customers to have complaints and bring their cars back for work poorly performed, like you said is common practice, is completely unacceptable. I would love for you to post pics with your ranting so we can all see your destroyed car. I have been a dealership technician for years and have never taken a door panel off and had a car lose any value.in addition your panels where not removed at all. we have lots of happy customers with our tint. you are the only one that has ever had a problem with our tint. I can only assume that you like to make it this hard. if there was a problem like this it was present when you picked up your car. why wait two weeks and then complain to a keyboard. we strive to provide great service to our customers, but can only reason with some
