I am rejecting
this response because: when we arrived at Fiesta we immediately exited the vehicle we went around and inspected before we went inside of the vehicleWe did not go anywhere else so they were was no other place that the damage could have happened at.The damage was there before we went inside and we decided to go back after we finished shopping since we were already there and the damage was as well.The other issue is they did not show us the vehicle while inside car wash or in the area where they hand dry like I asked him but once again he was busy and it would take some timeThe manager was too busy as he stated to us that it would take to much time and he had other issues to addressThe picture we saw was grainy and we couldn't even be sure if it was our vehicleLastly if the manager initially hadn't been so egregious in his first contact with us than he may have been more open with his effortsHe lacked concern and was very irritated by our questionsHis behavior was less than professional more cynical and confrontational

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The response by city view car wash is falseNot only did the manager not offer any compensation for the damage or the car wash, he did not offer to resolve the issue at allHe was beyond rude when I returned and even if he did offer to rewash, which he did not, I would not have allowed the same people who scratched up my rim and passenger door to touch the car againAfter seeing the picture I am unsure as to what exactly the point of the picture isIf Mr *** wishes to show anything, he should send a picture of my car with me still in it when I brought it in, a picture after vacuuming it and a picture of it leaving the car washHe is the only one with access to these, and I'm sure there is also a video of my car inside the wash, as well as a video of his aggressive behavior when I returned to speak with himI will include pictures of the insurance paperwork from the hail damage on the door but will have to get the paperwork from *** for the rimMr *** has shown just how unprofessional and dishonest his business is, and I am appalled that he is not taking responsibility for the actions of himself or his employeesI am waiting for fair compensation for damage done by his establishment.

trouble of the wash but now its off the table.  I don't need customers that are dishonest and trying to get business for damage they didn't due.  I would be happy to go to small claims court.  I witness her tell my salesman how the scratch happen.
