Review: Received a 10% off all item (excluding certain brands and seasonal items) coupon online. On Friday, 11/13/2015, I ordered a grill and accessories. Discount not applied so Monday morning I called the company. Was told the item is seasonal. I asked if the item was available all year round from their website and was told that it indeed was. My complaint is that the brand should be listed as not being available for the advertised discount, or discount honored.Copied and pasted exclusions follow:Fermob, Bella Notte Linens, and seasonal items are excluded from all discounts sales. Free ground shipping applies to all products site wide. Please see all site policies for additional information.Desired Settlement: Honor 10% discount to whole order. At this point I cancelled order, but would reorder same items if discount is applied

Review: On the 9th of March I placed an order for a Woodland table by Henri Studio for $734.39. On the 14th I ordered two Woodland benches for $1,036.78. The Woodland furniture is cast stone and custom made. A week ago I called to get the status of my order; the customer service rep for Garden Gates said he would investigate and call me back. He did not. Two days ago, the 16th of April, I called again to get the status. This time I did get a call back and was told by the customer service rep that she had called the manufacturer, and it would be another 4-6 weeks before the orders were shipped. As in, 3 months after my Mastercard was charged almost $1800, I would finally get my furniture?! I asked to cancel and was informed that I could not, since the orders were "In Process". I could not believe that it took 3 months, so on Friday, I called the manufacturer. This is when I found out that my order was on hold pending payment. Garden Gates has been sitting on my money!!! I immediately called my bank and both charges have been placed in disputed status. This is a very shoddy way to run a business. I would even say fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I have disputed the charges, so Bank of America will handle, but it would be nice if The Garden Gates went ahead and refunded the money to my credit card without having to go through the dispute process. I have placed the order for the furniture with another company recommended to me by the manufacturer.
