I called them a week later because I had not gotten a confirmation email that the products have been shipped.
They then informed me that what I had ordered a week prior was out of stock and wouldn’t be in until mid June
So I told them I needed a refund because I couldn’t wait till mid June and I needed my money back as I paid for cash. I have no credit cards.
I waited over a week and called them and they informed me that they had credited my account. My debit card they credited me back the money. Which was a complete and false fabrication.
So I called my bank to have them find out what’s going on and they’re still perplexed too. Three weeks later I still don’t have my money back for an order that if their website would have been accurate would’ve denied my order telling me that it was out of stock. But no, they didn’t do that instead they greedily took my money and now it made me wait. Three weeks to get my money back. This company is an abomination to the American economy.
I would advise not buying anything from this company. Because they are messed up.
