REFUND PLEASE
I received my three grow boxes in February 2020. I had no problem putting them together. I very much wanted these to work for me because I love to grow things and my age has slowed me down. They are not working too well as far as the product goes. My strawberries died except for one plant and the berries on it are too small to mess with. The tomatoes have blossom rot. I know what causes blossom rot and I have tried to keep them watered and I stay next to them all day trying to keep sufficient water in them but they continue to dry out. This product does not work, please don't waste your money on it as I have wasted time, money and water on this but it simply doesn't work for me. The pepper plants are hanging in there, but I don't have too much hope for them considering the problems iv'e had with the other plants. The water reservoir is way to small to accommodate the plants needs.

Very, very. disappointed with the pots since They arrived. I watched,the video of the man planting the grow pots an it seem so simple. The pots (all 4 of them would not stay together. After much wasted time I called he company and was told to take pictures of them, (which I asked my neighbor to do), we sent the pictures via email about a week ago a week and you guessed it, they still did not reply. I'm not sure if I would recommend them to FRIEND ..

Not what I expected and I am not impressed
So far, my experience has not been like the video. First of all, the pieces did not snap in place. I had to use a screwdriver and a hammer to get the pins to snap on. On all of my boxes, the pins were impossible to snap off. I had to use a utility knife. And when it came time to pierce the pins into the cover, they bent and snapped. I had to cut a small hole in the cover to use the rest of them. Two of the hinged gates completely broke off when I tried to push them into position. I planted some seeds in one of them and some seedlings in a second one. The third one is still not ready to go, yet. I'm waiting to see what happens with the first two.
