The owner, Clark, is conscientious, talented, and one of the hardest working people I know. His amazing work on my last house made my landscaping pop and was a big contributor to my being able to get top dollar offers on my house in ten days!
Clark (claimed his last name was L) with The Gardener LLC was suggested by a friend. He did some yard work for me and was paid. He wanted to do my monthly yard work but demanded payment in advance. He was paid for June and did most of the work. He was paid in July but only came once instead of the required 4 times. He has cashed the check but is not responding over the past week. He owes me $105 back right away.
