Sent: Wednesday, October 07, 9:PM To: drteam Subject: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] Dear Sir or Mam or to whom it may concern I am responding to the notice of the complaint by Mr*** ** what he claims is true that he contacted me soon after we repaired the gutter corner that was leakingI told him that we would return asap to check the repair I don't recall the call on Sept 1, but I do recall the call on Sept 21,and I told him that I would be in the area the next day on Sept 22, that I would call him before coming by, he called again the next day and I told him I was coming by around 5:pm and we did stop by took the ft ladder to the back of his home where the leak was to check again and water tested the repair and there was no leakAt that time we notified Mr [redacted] that the leak was repaired the first time .The issue was with the drip edge on the original install we tried to caulk it to see if it would stop the leak but it was not part of the gutter leak issueI told him and his wife that was a different issue and not my problem to fix for the same price he paid me originallyOn the first trip he also asked if we would remove the birds nest on the front gutter of the home and we removed it for him also so I think we have been very fair with him for what he paid meI've tried to contact Mr [redacted] twice since this notice to see what else I can do to make him happy and left voice mails and he did not answer my call or call me backI would like to hear from him to see what I need to do to satisfy him within reason and to just be fair with me Thank You, Albert V***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and MrV*** and his fellows did show up to do customer service after weeksOn the first time when I called him to come back, he promised to come on the next day and would give me call, but he didn'tAfter several days when I tried to call him again, he then came to check my gutter, and said the reason why it was still leaking was not his problemSo the gutter is still leaking on rainy days, and MrV*** believes it is none of his business.He insists to indicate that, he has already done his part with the gutter, and the reason for leakage belongs to roofBut as a none-expert on house repairing, I referred to MrV*** and his gutter service company to stop leaking, no matter what part of the house was wrong, because I thought he, as an expert (he said he had years of experience on this area), would figure out why the gutter was leaking, what should be done and how it could be fixedBut on the first service, without any further inspection, they just sent one gentleman onto the top with a ladder and did something then told me it would not leakOn the second time for customer service, he said it was not roof that was leaking, it was something wrong with the roof, and suggested me to find a rooferNow my question is, as an ordinary man without any detailed knowledge on roof and gutter, when rain water drops from gutter, HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER IT IS THE GUTTER OF THE ROOF??? Like I stated above, as an expert, MrV*** is responsible to figure out whether they are able to repair it or not in the first place, rather than went up there with a bottle of glue, went down, and told me they could only fix a gutter not a roof while it was still leaking.To conclude, my points are:Although it took weeks and I called him twice, MrV*** did show up for customer service. Regarding to water leakage, the status quo was maintained as beforeIn other words, nothing changed after MrV***'s service.Sincerely,*** **

I told him that we would return asap to check the repair.  I don't recall the call on Sept 1, 2015 but I do recall the call on Sept 21,2015 and I told him that I would be in the area the next day on Sept 22, 2015 that I would call him before coming by, he called again the next day and I told him I was coming by around 5:00 pm and we did stop by took the 40 ft ladder to the back of his home where the leak was to check again and water tested the repair and there was no leak.
