I originally contacted the "Gas Guys" in the summer of to get an estimate and overview for a job to include outdoor kitchen and fireplace They actually came out and made suggestions etc When I got the final report I let them know I was going to do part of the job based on timing When I got to the point of I was ready for them to come out and connect my gas grill and burner for my outdoor kitchen I tried to contact them I called them on a Monday morning utilizing their number on their Facebook page and left a message on their answering machine Later that day I had not gotten a response so I made another attempt As the week progressed I never got a call back If you are expecting an acknowledgement that they at least received your call I would not expect it in a timely manner
