The Gas Man will not reply (via email or phone) to the payment confusion/lease termination/refund requested issue at hand.I paid Gas Man $133.43 on April 30, 2014, check #[redacted] for my annual lease renewal. In mid June 2014, I sent an email requesting my lease be terminated; as I will be moving & no longer need their service. No reply. Soon after July 4th holiday; I get a call from Gas Man; but they are calling to tell me their records indicate I am delinquent on my payment for the lease renewal. I inform them otherwise & explain my attempt to contact them to cancel my service. Gas Man can't tell me where the check that was cashed has been credited. I spoke to [redacted] (whom I'm told is in charge), explained the situation. NO ONE has returned a phone call to clear up this discrepancy. I've left a number of messages & [redacted] tells me that I will get a phone call in reply. I expect a full refund of $133.43 in exchange for their tank & regulator.Desired SettlementI want my $133.43 back & they can come pick up their equipment once I get my refund.

Failed to come on times and dates stated after setting up two hours blocks. Not one time but four times will not call back and always has an excuse.Started in 2014 when become a new client. Had bought gas logs for my house for a new setup. Very nice on phone and makes you think this is a nice down to earth company. My job has me on the road a lot and with High School and Elementary kids my time at home is very important to me and my family. So first time I am told we are running behind after I call numerous times past my schedule time but we will be there today. Then after more than four hours of waiting I get a call we can not make it today. Then we reschedule for next weak. Same as before my schedule time comes and goes can not get in touch with them and then they finally show up four hours plus past my appointment. As this point I was just wanting to get my gas logs up and running but should have told them I am not interested in your trouble services. So the bring a very old and rusty tank but do get my gas logs hooked up. So I am set and now it is just once a year to get a fill up. Made it just under one year on one tank of gas and enjoying my logs. Call to get a refill they bring a rusty old tank out to replace my empty tank. Less than one month I am out of gas. I call and tell them I either have a leak at the tank or it was not full please come out and check what is going on. I set up an appointment up for Saturday between two and four. That morning I call them and ask can you come out any earlier I would like to do something with my family and the 2 to 4 time was going to make it tight for me on the answering machine. I did not hear back from them after two hours of making the call so I just drove over to there office to see if that would be possible. Got to the office and the man in the office said yea I got your message but we can not come any earlier. I said OK I will just stay home and be the at 2PM. That day arrives and after the game I come home to find they came back at 11:03 knowing I told them last weak my sons game and I had a 2 to 4 appointment. Tried to call many times again no call back finally get up with same man and said they where not going to ba able to come out againDesired SettlementStarted in 2014 when become a new client. I then got a phone call shortly after 2 PM we are backed up with a customer that has no heat but Gas and we are not going to make it to your house today. I understand and agree to now meet the next day that was Saturday at two to four again. They wanted to come earlier but my son had a basketball game they agreed to the next appointment between 2 and 4 PM .I get home about 1:30 PM on Saturday with a note on my door sorry we missed you with a time of 11:04 AM. I started calling and leaving messages no return calls until somebody picks up near 5 PM. By this time my 2nd day in a row and my fourth in a year with this company taken from me because they can not honor appointments. I tell them either come out and bring me a new tank that does not leak or is full today or come get your tank. The man on the phone tells me there phone has been out all day long. However that is funny that I was getting through and when I was in the office last week I could hear people calling in and leaving messages on there answering machine as I had done numerous times that afternoon. I would like my $100.00 dollars back that either leaked out of the rusty tank or was never in the tank. I did not ever smell a leak so I suspect the tank was not full. Last tank lasted almost a year 2nd tank less than one month. Never heard back from the company, they did come and pick up the tank and regulator when I was not home. I hope this might help someone else think twice before they use this company. If they do refund my money I will send in an update. I really doubt I will be making any updates.
