Our playset was purchased in April One of the slides on the set began bending by the end of the summer I contacted the warranty department & they sent a workman with a replacement piece for the slide February I noticed that the same slide was bending as well as the entire play set was leaning to one side We emailed the warranty department and after several email exchanges we received a note on April 18, that said, "We will replace the entire slide since our installers installed the set.' Usually, this would not be covered under warranty, but we do stand beside our product" On April 21, we discovered that several of the wooden pieces were warped as well as cracks large enough to fit a quarter I contacted the warranty department with several pictures included On May 8th in an email they agreed to replace the wooden pieces We paid shipping costs (on what we thought would include both the slide and wooden pieces) and received only the wooden pieces
