December 1, Dear *** ***,In response to reference ID # *** that was, send to *** ***, regarding stop delivery of the Gazette Newspaper to this resident home in the Germantown area.We, the management of The Gazette Newspaper, apologize for any inconvenience or
distress we may have caused them.The policy of our newspaper is to serve the residents who want our newspaper and not to irritate those who do not, by continuing to deliver unwanted newspapersOur procedure is for the inspector responsible for that area to check that address on their weekly report and get by with the office on the progress of what the carrier is doing about that complaintThe carrier has a list of complaints for that week to ensure consistency and continue support in complying with the request of the resident.AS hard as we try to ensure that they implemented this request in a professional way, there may still be mistakes madeHowever, these actions are not condoned by the Gazette Newspaper.Part of this policy has placed a great responsibility upon the carrier to follow the newspaper proceduresFailure to comply with the company policy could result in dismissal.I have spoken with the inspector and carrier to insure that this problem has and will repeatedly be monitored.We appreciate the opportunity you have given us to correct this problem.Sincerely,Kenneth HCounty Circulation Manager

I have received the gazette for over 40 years and the delivery system sucks! Why when you live in an apt you cannot deliver the paper inside the front lobby and mark the apt. # on the bag? I have been calling customer service about this and no help in this matter. I live in a senior building and can not get out to get the paper when the driver is too lazy to get out of their car to do a minor job?

Review: The Gazette includes the [redacted] Condos I - V as distribution sites for its paper as listed on the Gazette's website. The paper has not been delivered to these sites for months, in spite of repeated complaints sent to the Circulation Department by email and phone. Formerly, approximately 35 papers were delivered each week to each of Condos I - III, and 25 papers were delivered to each of Condos IV and V. Who knows how many other distribution sites are no longer being served.

This is a fraud on the advertisers and a disservice to the community.Desired Settlement: Resume regular weekly deliveries of the Gazette in sufficient quantities to provide papers for all units of each [redacted] condominium building.

Review: I have requested 4 times by email to stop delivery of paper, I have asked delivery person in person twice to stop delivery yet still receive newspaper, this is a waste of resources and also a hassle as each time I have to dispose of paper I don't want.Desired Settlement: Stop delivery as requested 6 times now.
