the best experience I ever had with any company this year I had my house painted and landscaping done window done and classic marcite pool cowas the best company the special treatment that we received from everyone working on my pool project was unbelievably grate and the work was perfect I have already recommend this company to two of my friends my husband and I love this company

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and even though the complaint have been resolve since then and I received a full refund, there statement and the details leading up to the matter being resolved are not entirely trueThey did came and pick up the furniture but it was after I received a phone call from Roger and him threating to sue me, which at that time I let him know that I was well aware of them intentionally misrepresenting what they sold to meThey claim that the furniture was all hard wood and it wasn't The headboard and footboard was , but everything else was compressed wood, which I took pictures of After that he agreed to pick up the furnitureThey came and picked up the furniture and I received a call the next day from Bina to come down to the store for them to issue me a credit I went down and she issued me a refund and I thought that was the end of it The following week I receive a message from Bina asking me to call her back I called her back and was told by her that I need to come down to the store so they could run my credit card again because my account was credited twice, which was completely untrueI disputed the transaction with my credit card company and the money was placed in an holding account until the matter was resolve but never officially credit back to my accountI explained this all to her and she still insisted upon me coming down and running me credit card I let her know that I would call the credit card company and give her a call backI called my credit card company and was told by them that the money was at the bank in the holding account which thier bank was well aware of and all they had to do was to collect it since they issued me a refund, and that this was a matter for the bank to handleI called back Bina and explained to her what was told to me by my credit card company and she was still insistent on me coming down and swiping my credit cardI finally told her I was not coming down to swipe my credit card and that was the end of thatThat was the last I heard from themGiven my experiences with these people, their lies and horrible customer services I will never do business nor would I recommend there services to anyone I know By the way, I was surprise to see [redacted] the same guy [redacted] claimed left the company was one of the guys their to pick up the furniture, I guess they must have rehired him againOn another note I want to Thank the Revdex.com for your prompt response, care, and efforts in helping me get this matter resolvedIt is refreshing to know that we as the consumers have you guys on our side ready to fight the good fight in protecting our rights and interestYou Guys are AWSOME!!! My name is *** and I am the *** of Classique Homes in *** *** mall.customer *** ***'s delivery was done 5/**/2015.Customer came to store couple of days later saying there was a defect/crack in bed and she wanted me to address issue.I sent my delivery guy *** to address issueShe
said it was not acceptableI asked for some time to order parts so I would then replace bedMeanwhile I told her to continue using bed and I would resolve matter no issues at all.I even asked her to go where ever she had to go and I would work around her availabilityI asked her to call me on her returnI am still waiting for her call.I have the bed I am waiting for her call to replace the bedShe gets a new bed.I spoke to her today and told her the same which is new bed in my possession and to tell me when to replace it.She will speak to her husband and get back to meWe have since picked up the furniture from her home and have issued a credit to her

Pat's Driveline did indeed repair a driveshaft for *** *** *** in April of When *** from *** *** *** called in January to
inquire if we would check the driveshaft again, we said we wouldWe installed the driveshaft into the balancing machine and the balance was within specificationIt was indicated by our technician that the straightness of the driveshaft tubing could be improved uponAs the driveshaft was already in the machine, he improved the straightness of the tube and then rebalanced the driveshaftThis was detailed on the invoice to *** *** ***
We had not spoken to the consumer *** *** until she came into our store a week ago wanting a copy of *** *** ***'s invoicingDarcy M***, the Branch Manager, explained to her that we could not give her a copy of their paperwork as *** *** *** is our customer not herDarcy discussed what we did to the driveshaft that was sent to us, and why it was done, as was explained on *** *** ***'s invoice
Once the driveshaft was repaired for *** *** *** in April of it remained within balance specification as rechecked for *** *** *** on January 13, Therefore Pat's Driveline respectfully feels we have no further obligations in other repairs of the vehicle for *** *** *** or their customer
