I received your email today in reference to complaint # ***This ordeal started with an order placed online with The Geeks Depot on 11/13/The company confirmed with an email on 11/16/saying a label had been created at 10:PM.in Redding,CaThings were good so far.Company
stated a day delivery for the itemI was willing to wait because there are weekends and the holiday loomingDidn't get ansy until day when I looked up The Geeks Depot from another computer angleA fair amount of customers complaining they didn't get merchandise, could not get hold of anyone with numerous tries, no response to emails and no money backSo I tried to contact The Geeks Depot by email with no responseNo phone number was readily availableOne of their sites had contact info but it could not be foundAll this negative prompted me to contact the Revdex.comWhen I wrote to you I thought I would never see my orderThat's the bad news...the good news is the Revdex.com of Northeast California sent a coressponence to The Geeks Depot that day and it started the ball rolling in my directionThe USPS tracking number that was just sitting idle since day suddenly became active two days after you contacted them which was day I am pleased to say that I received my order today 11/27/17 on day I can't thank you enough for your efforts and my grand daughter thanks you tooA job well doneIf this letter is shared with The Geeks Depot I would suggest they do a better job of being available by any of the current electronics meansAnd if anything a phone number with someone there to help calm customers fearsIf I could have heard someone tell me the truth about my order it would have been a different feeling on my part.Thanks again for this good resolution. ***
