In regards to the letter mailed to us on November ***, guest states "he came in person after the fact to attempt to establish this and was told nothing could be done." Please note that guest has never attempted to call the hotel or has in fact stopped by.We had received a Charge back request from Merchant Services on 10/ [redacted] and were provided with proof of documents stating the reservation was non-modifiable non-cancellable and yet the guest chose to cancel the reservation.This reservation was made through [redacted] and under the terms set fourth to the guest cancellation fee was accessed to the entire reservation.Please let me know if you would like us to forward you those documents as well for your records.Thank you
