I ordered a Black Diamond Sprinter Headlamp from RockCreek When it arrived it was delivered in a box that was labeled "ice cream." I thought that was odd and unprofessional, but continued opening the box The headlamp packaging itself had already been opened and was poorly taped back together Furthermore, the usb cord that was suppose to be included was missing When I called, before closing business time, I was sent directly to a voicemail box So far, I am very disappointed with this company
