I do accept the note that Scott has sent that he has attempted to make somewhat corrections to the floor system but the jacks installed back in January of 2017, the support blocks are cracked and some of the jacks are crooked As far as the squeak in the areas of the house as I pointed out to him was his response ( I do not know how to correct these noises/squeaks and will have my engineer to take a look at the plans) These actions of putting the jacks and blocks is does not correct the floor issues especially since they are crooked and the support blocks have crackedMy concern is that I was told in 1st of January he said he would be back to put additional jacks and with I suppose the engineer data And also after numerous calls and text messages I cannot get him to respond as to when the other work will be done and corrected It is only when I contactRevdex.com I get some type of info of his Compass Scott W [redacted] response I would hope that I can expect to hear from him very soon of our concerns.Respectfully Concerned, [redacted]
