I had a hiccup with the customer service team about inputing the wrong color when ordering my second bean bag. I contacted them via email and got a instant reply with a resolution. My bean bags arrives in 3 days in perfect condition. Would defiantly recommend ordering.

I placed two orders with this company and the products have not been recieved and when I contacted them they told me they can not give refunds I have to dispute with my bank because they can't do anything even when they say on website they can give refunds
Good Evening,I hope this email finds you well during the rough time we are in. Recently, my partner received a mail at his home address in regards to problems with a customer not being able to receive a refund for an order they placed, totaling $299.98. When we spoke to our payment processor company, we asked them to refund this customers money in full. Unfortunately this company (TSYS) has slow processing so it can sometimes take up to 30 days to process this refund. At the time of this transaction, our company was brand new, and we didn’t realize TSYS had such long processing times for refunds, so we switched payment processors to Chase Paymentech to allow us to refund clients within 3 business days. As for this customer, we spoke to her about placing a dispute for this order, because that would be the fastest way for her to get her refund, due to the ridiculously long processing times TSYS offers. Upon placing this dispute, we can then accept her request instantaneously and she will be refunded immediately. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns! I am rejecting this response because: I have told my card company about what they have said about Disputing the charges. My card company has not refunded me And has told me that I will not receive a refund from them, So my only option is for bean comforts to refund My money and when I emailed her again to ask if she needed my information so that I can be refunded Because I was told they lost the orders I have still not received any response from her! I don't know what to do because she got Nasty with me in her email when I was asking about my orders o r if they just took my money...saying to me what don't understand that they cannot give me a refund! When they offer refunds on the website. I ordered on May 16th and asked on the 26th.
