Review: I have been paying [redacted] 667.00 a month since june [redacted] 2013.To settle credit cards... I have not been able to get in touch with any one and all numbers given to me are no longer exist,his email is always full and is returned to me..now I am being sued by home depot and they were supposed to settle with them..in the past they said they have taken care of all of this but now I come to find out they have not..They with drawl the money every month now I want to close that account so they cant't take any more..I have all of my emails that I have sent and all there promises and the contract..To my knowledge they have done nothing to help me get out of debt only put me in further debt.Desired Settlement: I would like all the money so I can settle these accounts its over 20,000 they have taken from me with no resolutions.

Review: I was serviced by The Giliberti Law Group representative, Chris M[redacted] to help me obtain a loan modification. There was a flat fee of $4000 which I had paid in full in monthly payments. There was an overdraft of $2500 taken from my account. At the time I thought this additional money was part to the loan modification payment, however, after speaking to Mr. M[redacted] about this, he indicated to me that this was a mistake on his part, and that no additional payments needed to be made. In addition, he expressed that I would be refunded back the $2500 that was taken. It has been eight to ten months and all I received was a partial payment of $500 and poor excuses on why I have not received the $2000 that was clearly owed to me. I have tried my best to get this situation solved, including speaking to Mr. M[redacted], trying to speak with a supervisor at the Giliberti Law Group, however, nothing came about it. I was told I could not be given a supervisor's name, as well as Mr. M[redacted] giving me excuses about speaking to management and payment being sent. It has been 3 weeks and he has not responded to my email and phone calls. Mr M[redacted] had sent me an email saying that the refund was sent on 6/**, then on 6/** without a tracking number. The fact that I could not speak to a supervisor nor get info on the attorney Catherine G[redacted] is highly suspect as well as anyone from Giliberti Law Group.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive in full my refund of $2000. That's all I want is to get the money that was taken from me. I hired Chris M[redacted] to help me in a financial crisis and now he has created one. It is unfair and unprofessional of both him and Giliberti Law Group.
