I am rejecting this response because: the reason why I didn't agree with their offer is because on their email, they are advising me to go to the club so that they could refund my money back but after thinking about it, why would I adjust for them and travel back to their place if in its in the first place they shouldn't alter my receipt and charged me extra $80 without my authorization. I was expecting that they could refund my money back without me going back to that place. How would I assure if I am totally safe when I go back to that place.
Sincerely,

[redacted]Hello,I was hoping if someone could please give me an explanation in regards with the incorrect amount that was overcharged to me on 02/13/16.My receipt shows that my charges are $300 even and this is what I signed for then how did it came up to all the way $380?If there were mistakes on my charges then I am not aware of it and I didn't authorized that changes.I didn't agree on the amount I was charged, and I only signed for $300 bill. Hi [redacted] & Revdex.com,
We aren't able to do any refunds or sales without the card in hand because the credit card processing doesn't keep the full card info on file to protect the customer. If you wanted, you could send us the complete card info and we could punch it in manually, but most people prefer not doing it that way. We can provide the refund in either option. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Thanks and sorry for the trouble,
[redacted]
