On June 29th, the customer originally asked for a discount for the items she purchased because they arrived ONE day later than she had hopedWe cannot control the mail systemWe give an approximate ship time on our websiteAdditionally, she
states that the suits were for her but later changes her story to say that they were for her daughter
We initially offered her a full refund if she would send the suits backHowever, she did not accpet, so on June 30th, we gave her a refund of 10% to cover the shipping costs, but of course she wanted more of a discountNever during those initial conversations did she ever mention that the items were not as described
When she realized that we were not going to give her more of a discount, eight days later on June 6th, she claims we sent her the wrong itemsDuring all of the communication with her, she continuously threatened us to file a chargeback if we didn't refund her what she wantedWe asked her to send the items back to us ,and she has never wanted to do it
This customer is clearly out to get money through a chargeback with her credit card company and is determined to keep her items alsoThis type of behavior on the customer's part is unacceptable, and we can not comply with a customer who is simply trying to steal from our companyHer first email to us was on June 27th, so she has had ample time to return the items, but she refuses to do itIf she was sent the wrong items, why wouldn't she send them back to us, and furthermore, why wasn't this mentioned in the initial few emails? We have dealt with customers like this before and are familiar with their tactics
We have been in continuous contact with her as you will see by the thread of emailsShe has never called our office but claims that we don't take her calls
We have done everything we can possibly do outside of allow her to have the merchandise for freeWe feel extremely frustrated with this customer

I have contacted them several times by email and phone with no reply They never offered me a full refund for the return of my merchandise but offered me a replacement and they do not even have the merchandise on hand that I am interested in
For them to say that they know I am trying to rip them off is offensiveI just want the correct merchandise or a FULL credit back onto my cardMy daughter would nEVER wear this type of bottom
All That I asked for, in my last emails, that were not replied to was a prepaid shipping label so that I may return the merchandise
If you want proof of my callls or unreplied emails I will happy to provide them to
This is unfair to say that they know my kind of person and my tactics
Please just send me a prepaid shipping label and you will happily receive your incorrect merchandise
They are a difficultly company to do business with because they do not have a customer service number

The customer, who claims we sent her the wrong merchandise, is keeping the bikini top and only returning the bottomsIt is clear to see in the emails that we attached that we offered her a refund from the beginning but she didn't accept our offerThis is exasperatingShe never asked for a pre-paid label to ship anything back to usHer dishonesty is truly troublesome

It is exasperating to me that I have emailed you at least ten times, including the time that I requested a return shipping label (happy to include copies of these emails) as well as calling customer service BUT this merchant does not have the decency to communicate with the customer
The bikini bottoms have been returned to the merchant and I HAVE YET to receive the full credit back to my card as they have promised
How can you conduct business in this matter? Your dishonesty and lack of ANY AND ALL communication is disheartening
Please send confirmation of the credit back to my card, as the merchandise was sent back to you three weeks agoPlease email me this credit promptly
HaPPY TO PROVIDE THE EMAILS FROM LATE JUNE.EARLY JULY REQUESTING A PRE PAID LABEL AND STATING THAT THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ONE TO MEtHIS WAS THE LAST COMMUNICATION THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE MERCHANTTHE OTHERS HAVE BEEN SENT WITHOUT REPLY
HOW FRUSTRATING!!!
