I had the motherboard and screen replaced by Gizmo The mic went out on the phone during the warranty period so I returned to the store for another replacement of the motherboard since the mic is an integrated part of it When I returned to pick up my phone, the screen was now cracked across it I stated that it was not in this condition when it was dropped off The service person, [redacted] B., kept arguing with me that it was He then produced a receipt printout from his counter showing in the Notes section a notation stating that the screen was cracked I later located the receipt that I received from [redacted] Bwhen I originally dropped off the phone for the warranty repair There is NOT a notation on the receipt of a cracked phone Whatever he showed me was generated separately from what was provided to me at drop off Product_Or_Service: Samsung S Order_Number: Original: / Re
