I ORDERED WAIST CINCHERS FROM THEM ON MARCH 25, AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE FIRST ONE UNTIL APRIL (ONLY AFTER A THREATENING EMAIL) CAROL CHATAPAH CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD SEND IT OUT TWO DAYS AFTER WE TALKED (TURNED OUT TO BE A WEEK) AND THREW IN SOME CREAM TO SHUT ME UP IT IS NOW MAY 7, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE OTHER CINCHER THIS PLACE IS A RIPOF! They sent me one other email stating that my order was on back order. Here its now October an I still have head from anyone nor have I received another email. I have sent out several email to them, one on june 12, 17,18,July 5, 15 an 28, August 17 an September 12 still no response. I am very upset with this company. All I want is my product that I ordered or give me a full refund.

Review: On March 20th, 2014 I ordered a latex fitness waist shaper from this company in the total amount of $70.94. I was told I should get the order no later than 25 days. On It is now June 19th and I still have not received this product along with my refund. I sent an email to the company in the middle of April telling them I still have not received my product and I was sent an email back on the 22nd that they would ship out the product to me and I should ship it with 2 day priority mail and that I would get a full refund. It is now June 19th and I still have not received my product or my refund. They have been ignoring my emails and there is no way to get a hold of anyone and no one has given me a call back with a number I have left for them to call. I am completely disgusted with this company!!Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered along with my refund of $70.94...which was guaranteed in an email by this business.

Review: I ordered a waist shaper from The Glam Body on June 2, 2014. The money was taken out of my account June 6, 2014. It's only suppose to take 7-14 business days to receive the order. I haven't received my order yet and its July 31, 2014. Also, you can only contact them via email. It says they will respond to your email in 48-72 hours. I have sent 6 emails and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the outcome to be that I receive my order or refund my money.

Review: I have found this website through searching online for a waist trainer I found this site (the body glam) and I decided to place an order. I placed this order on the 27 of may 2014 and was told it may take 14 days to receive this order. on the 30th I called to get a status because of course like every girl I became in patient I emailed them on the 30th asking where my order was in the processing time, about 24 hours later I received an email stating: your items will ship out on 5/08/14 and that I would receive a shipping confirmation email. so I was excited/ waited patiently after. the 8th came around and no email, waited until the 9th still no email, well at this point it is the weekend and they only operate on business hours so I waited until the 12th and I emailed them in regards to my order, I had not received an email back, so on the 14th I emailed again this time a little bit more aggressive and very upset for it is now almost a week later from what I was told my items were supposedly supposed to ship out. still no response. so I'm aggravated, decided to attempt one more email, giving them a heads up that I would sent them to the Revdex.com and I will dispute the charge from my bank, maybe the scare may get them to respond. ...NOPE. so I'm highly upset and feel that I can save maybe someone else from ordering from them and not waste there timeDesired Settlement: just what I paid for 70.94

The waist shaper has yet to be delivered to me. I paid a total price of $70.94. $59.99 was the price of the waist shaper plus $10.94 shipping and handling. The money was taken out of my bank account that same day. I've sent numerous emails and have yet to receive any replays from them. I'm very disappointed in how this situation has been handled by them. They have no phone number for me to contact. They have left me no choice but to contact Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered the 2 waist shapers for $89 sale of the blue and black back in February 21, 2014. I did not receive the blue latex waist shaper. I contacted company via email and was told the 2nd item was on back order and would be sent out the week of March 2, 2014. I still hadn't received product and therefore emailed company again May 7, 2014. I still have yet to receive a response back in regards to my order. Its already August and no reply back nor have I received the rest of what I paid for. Company is very unprofessional and I feel they just overcharged me for 1 product and had no intentions of sending me the special for which I paid.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the other product and would like a full refund.

Review: I purchased a waist cincher from The Glam Body for $69.99 plus $10.94 for shipping for a total of $80.93. I received my product but it was not in the color I ordered. Glam Body did not tell me that I wouldn't be getting the color I asked for. It also did not fit. Their website asks that you email them with in 7 days to get a request for exchange form and would exchange 1 time free of charge. I have emailed them ten times since receiving my order. My first email to them was the day after I received the product. I have emailed from their "contact us" part of their website and have emailed them directly using the email addresses they give on their website. I have yet to receive any type of response from them at all and their website does not give a phone number to contact them.Desired Settlement: I want to exchange for a waist cincher that fits or I want to return the item and get my money back.

Review: I ordered a product from this website (theglambody.com) on April 15th, and have not received anything in return for my payment of $80.93. I emailed the company in which I did hear a response from at first, telling me that they were experiencing issues with their manufacturing company and that the order would be shipped that coming Thursday (which would be April 30th or May 7th I don't remember when I sent the email, and it also mysteriously vanished from my inbox a few days later, and no I did NOT delete it). Fine, I get it no big deal. Another week goes by and I go to check the website yet again for and ideas regarding shipping, and now the website is shut down saying its under construction which I now know is total horse [redacted] and they're just ducking all of the people they scammed. I send another email demanding a refund and alas, no response. I sent the email to [email protected], and the name receiving my order says [redacted], if that is any help. All I really want is my money back at this point, and not to be completely upset or disgruntled at how easy it is for some loser to steal my hard earned cash via the world wide web.Desired Settlement: I really just want my money back. $80.93. they can keep that dumb shaper I don't need it anyway. my order number is [redacted].
