I recently bought a house in Buffalo and immediately contacted three companies to give me quotes for basement glass block windows One company said they would come by and drop a quote in my mailbox Another said they would stop by in a week or so and Tom from the Glass Block Guys came over two days later I signed up with them and never looked back I have nine windows and three of them are six feet long and over two feet tall The techs arrived at the agreed upon time and jumped right into it Six hours later they were cleaning up and the project was completeThe windows are stunning Even my mailman commented on the craftsmanship I moved here from New Jersey and don't know anybody but I do know good work when I see it Even the mortar joints were done like it was their own house In my opinion there is no reason to call anyone else Use the Glass Block Guys
I never do reviews but this company totally deserves one ! I was nervous picking a conpany for our windows being that I am a new homeowner not knowing what I was doing I had the glass block guys at my house in November to install windows in my basement I was speaking with Kevin on the phone setting everything up , he was great ,he had great customer service , worked around my schedule ,had his guys come and do the windows with a great turn around time The guys came over very friendly They installed the windows for us , we had a large deck in the back they had stated they would come back when it was good for me to seal them from the outside for me once my deck was gone Well finally we got the deck down and I called Kevin today and told him our deck was down and he said he will be over tomorrow to seal them for me Very happy with the service! Very happy that they stick to their word and are coming so soon making us a priority Will be doing business with the glass block guys for years to come ! And will recommend them to all ! Great customer service great price Very pleased !
Glass Block Guys installed 4 basement windows less than a year ago. 2 of these windows are now leaking and water is coming into my basement. Glass Block Guys won't even come out to look at the problem. I'd go to small-claims court but I don't want to deal with this company any more and I don't want their aggressive employees in or near my home.
I was remodeling my bathroom and have always wanted a glass block window. The office staff was amazing, the rep was even better. The installer who came to the house had everything he needed, tarps and tools and so on. All of this put together assured me that I chose the right company! I would and have recommended them to everyone I know!
This company was great from the phone call on. The pricing was awesome and the efficiency and prompt service was impressive! The installer was neat and polite and was a craftsman in his trade. I would highly recommend the Glass Block Guys to anyone.

phone and most of all efficient. The installers were also
professional, efficient and friendly and did a great job.
