6/9/Per the customer's request the lamp was discounted 40% off of the resale price & was sold "as is" by *** (not the owner)The repair had nothing to do with the lamp working and the lamp worked when it left the store after being purchased on 6/6/17.6/12/our store was closed
There were no voicemail's left by this customer. 6/13/customer contacted the store, spoke with Jeff who explained to the customer that the owner was out of town but would make contact with her upon return later in that week. 6/16/customer contacted the store and spoke with *** who explained that she only had the authority to offer store credit the full amount but if she wanted to wait for the owner to call, that would be later in the dayThe customer hung up on ***. 6/16/as the customer was told, I called her upon my returnCustomer did not answer however, I left a message giving her my cell number to call me at her convenience, before during or after store hoursNo return call.In closing, if the customer wants to resolve this matter then she should return the phone call from the message left to her on June 16, by the owner ***
