I spoke with their techs and said that window sealant was not to be put in replacement for the clips, sealant was dripping out of my moldingsI took it to Volvo and spoke to the service advisor and he agreed that window sealant should never be put in there in the first place, I have sent emails of him agreeing that I spoke to someone from the glass store stating I was going to have it repaired at Volvo and send them the invoice, to which they agreed toThe Volvo advisor was present while I made the phone call and agreed that I said I was going to have it repaired there and was going to send the invoice to them and all I needed was the fax number, to which they provided via text“like quality parts”?? window sealant in place of actual clips is not even a partThey have not done anything proactive to help remedy the situation, I have had to call them every day since the incident to even get some kind of response, they were not even going to reimburse me in the beginning for anythingThank You [redacted]

The tech explained to her that the clips in question were dealer item parts, we never told her to go to the dealer, my tech told her if she were to go get them we would not charge her to come back out and install themIt is a procedure in the auto glass trade to utilize our views and
decisions to the best of our knowledge with like quality partsThe job is the customer's satisfaction; the insurance industry will stand behind this statement as they send us customers She did call me when she was at the dealers; I did mention to her that we would reimburse her money the hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00) onlyAs to, she took it upon herself to take it to Volvo dealershipIt would be for our customers to tell us, get the parts they pay for it and there is never any extra charge for installing dealer item clipsShe refused to accept any money from us; I think we went above and beyond to help herWe have plenty of customers from local, multiple agencies, to government and federal agencies that have been doing business with us for over thirteen (13) years and they are very happy with our serviceI can understand if we sent her to the dealer by all means, we would pay for the repairs but we never sent her thereWe are still willing to reimburse her the one hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00), and again our apologies' for any inconvience

decisions to the best of our knowledge with like quality parts. The job is the customer's satisfaction; the insurance industry will stand behind this statement as they send us customers.  She did call me when she was at the dealers; I did mention to her that we would reimburse her money the hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00) only. As to, she took it upon herself to take it to Volvo dealership. It would be normal for our customers to tell us, get the parts they pay for it and there is never any extra charge for installing dealer item clips. She refused to accept any money from us; I think we went above and beyond to help her. We have plenty of customers from local, multiple agencies, to government and federal agencies that have been doing business with us for over thirteen (13) years and they are very happy with our service. I can understand if we sent her to the dealer by all means, we would pay for the repairs but we never sent her there.
