I did go over to measure and I did measure incorrectly I do apologize for the delay I told them I would call them when the new window came in They became very argumentative and later called to request that someone else come to finish We have no one else available to come Nothing was damaged when we left and we have never been notified that there was any supposed damageWith over years in business, we do know how to install windows The costumer was never charged for our service and we will not assume responsibility for any supposed damage
