received a request to remove his name. We emailed an apology and notified him of the action. The mail house was notified to remove his name from all future mailings, However, because there was another mailing already being produced and in the pipeline, he received another program invitation. Our agency tells us it usually takes around a month or so to get a name removed. So, in summary, his name was removed over a month ago. He will not receive any further mail from The Glebe.

Each time I have to shred it so I would not throw away my address information in the trash.
