These people are liars, thieves, con and scam artistThey told me that of my deposit would be refunded should I not move in for any reasonI did not move in because their rates are ridiculous to live in a plus year old apartment that has not been updated to this decade and that probably at some point had a dog owner living in it and I am sure the dog has peed and pooped on the carpetAll the units have outdated tacky/cheap counter tops, those ghetto coil burner stoves, and horrible wall color, THE ONLY THING NICE ABOUT THESE UNITS ARE THE GARDEN TUBSI didn't move in because I could get a yr old newly constructed, updated, modern, and nicer unit FOR LESS MONEY & LESS RED tapeThe red tape wasn't necessarily my issue, my issue was they didn't tell me when I walked into the office that they wanted copies of my pay stubs, a reference letter from my former landlord, and they require not only that I have rental insurance BUT they want to tell me how much coverage I need to get AND they MAXUS PROPERTIES/GLEN AT POLO want to be listed on MY renters insuranceWhere do they do this at? I want some of what the smoke over thereSo after I decided I didnt want to move in there they are trying to keep ALL of my depositThey turned me off and I didn't move in there because it is deceptive to not tell someone these things until after you get their money and then claim you are within your rights to keep 100% of their deposit because you buried these policies in fine print under the terms and conditions statementThese people are thieves just look at their rental ratesTwo people at the Glen could have the exact same unites, same location, same views and yet they could be paying as much as a difference in priceWhen I saw my unit on line, the price was I went into the office and the price was When I got home to fill out the application the price was and after I decided not to move in the rate went to All of the prices I quoted is for the EXACT SAME UNIT! Oh and I forgot to mention that these rates are only if you are willing to sign a FIFTEEN MONTH LEASE!! Also once you move into these dog [redacted] and [redacted] filled, outdated, overpriced, overrated, P.O.S apartments when your lease is up THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT 100% guaranteed your rent will be raised or you must vacate at the end of your leaseDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLEThe Pointe at Bentonville, The Parc at Bentonville, Stone Leigh, The Parc at Rogers, The Ranch at Pinnacle, The Greens at Blossom Way, The Links at Rainbow Curve, The Trials at Bentonville are all Newer, more modern options

I did not move in because their rates are ridiculous to live in a 12 plus year old apartment that has not been updated to this decade and that probably at some point had a dog owner living in it and I am sure the dog has peed and pooped on the carpet. When I saw my unit on line, the price was 775.00. I went into the office and the price was 800.00. When I got home to fill out the application the price was 810.00. and after I decided not to move in the rate went to 910.00. All of the prices I quoted is for the EXACT SAME UNIT!
