Holguin by agreeing to move her, as well as re-assigning her with  new garage parking.   As you very well know college living and the college environment can be very challenging to control. The Glen is now under new management and has taken extreme control to insure that all residents follow all living procedures and property rules.  The Glen will continue to work diligently to enforce these rules and continue to make sure that residents that break these rules are held accountable.  Miriam, we thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter, and explain our side of the situation that took place.Sincerely,Glen Management
