Sorry to hear about your complaint and the issue you in regards to the vehicle registration still being under your nameI have contact the dealership that purchased your returned car and they will look into their paper work in why the vehicle has not been transferred to the dealership in question
Once they change or fix any errors on their part everything will be back tracked to the day you voluntary released the vehicle to usPlease in future notices contact us directly if you are still receiving information regarding your old vehicle because it will be handled in a short period of timePlease feel free to contact us directly and if you feel the need to handle the issue with the Revdex.com complaint web then thats ok tooThank you

Hello, customer was well aware of the repossession process, and active insurance.  Account was still not brought up to date and paid on time. See attachements

I am rejecting this response because: the Finance company is aware that I made the $155 payment to stop the repossession it is no where in my contract that I had to call every payment in as you can see in the documents they provided. Far as insurance we have not had any and it has not been a problem up to now that is not the reason the car was repossessed the company knows there at fault the car note was paid along with Decembers $50 late fee I was advised that January late fee would be applied to February bringing our account up to date. I'm just asking if February and March payments can be paid and not the tow fees.

Hello - This complaint is against an affiliated Canadian entity (Global Edge NA Ltd) and not The Global Edge Consultants directly. Our representatives for that entity have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and the client. The bonus is dependent upon receiving the fund from the client and we are...

working diligently to get these from the client so we can issue payment to the individual who has complained as well as the other employees affected. We are staying in constant contact and informing him of any updates as we receive them and hope to have everything resolved shortly.
