My experience has been nothing but smooth with global work and travel, when I needed anything from answers to questions, encouragement or just someone to tell me not to freak out they were there to help. The whole process from word go was positive, they get to know you so well that it makes you feel like you are a team. Going out of there way to find a job to suit you, then exciting phone calls where you both celebrate together getting a job. Overall very impressed, I LOVE YOU ALEX xxxx
Really happy with my global experience all round. my dream became true with the help of my personal travel co ordinator Chrissy and of course the rest of the ream as well. I would definitely recommend this company, and would definitely go through them again for my next working holiday. iv learned a lot from them, and they've made my life a whole lot easier and stress free.
I got a call right away from a recruiter named Andrew from Canada who sounded very nice on the phone. He sounded more like a sales person. He was easy to talk to but kind of pushy about me paying a deposit of $595 to secure my spot. He made it sound like it was a limited opportunity because 450 people are interested daily, but only around are actually qualified. I was getting suspicious and asked a couple more questions that he seemed to not mind answering. I told him everything sounded great because he kept asking how everything sounded. I also told him I needed time to talk to a friend to get her input because she has taught overseas. He said he would call me back same day at 5:30pm. I wanted more time but he was very adamant about me paying the deposit to secure my spot. After talking to my friend, she suggested not to pay the deposit so I emailed him politely an hour before 5:30 and told him there is no need to call me back and that I would keep his contact for future reference. I was astonished by his reply. He was very unprofessional and said this:
Hey ______,
I'm just wondering what the plan on your end is just cause I do have a lot of travellers and I'm not a babysitter. Have a great day.

I do not need a "babysitter" and am glad I did not give this guy my business and deposit. I hope this agency is aware of how their employees respond to possible candidates. I only spoke to him once briefly and once is enough. I hope he does not speak to his MANY travellers in this way. Terrible service.
