After multiple conversations with this customer regarding the issue this is what we have found The credit card company is in our favor since the item was ordered from the billing address of the credit card, and shipped there as well UPS has stated that the item was delivered and received at the address on the credit card At this time there is no reason to suspect that the item was not actually received by someone in this house

Alteration of product voids any warranty The correct reaction would be to contact us immediately upon finding the product as being defective

To whomever it may concern, The Glock Store is clearly lying and being dishonest. I never complained that the gun was jamming or failure to feed or eject. I was complaining about the "barrel fitting" and "accuracy issues." I have two qualified gunsmiths who looked at the work they done and both said the gunsmith's at the Glock Store removed too much metal from my match grade barrel. The Revdex.com can call [redacted] and ask to speak to Rob who is their gunsmith. The two other gun smiths that shot my gun work at [redacted] and ask to speak to [redacted]. The whole point of a match grade barrel is that it locks up tighter, so the shots are more accurate. the two gunsmiths that I took to get their help, shot my gun and said after shooting my Glock with both the stock barrel and match barrel, the groups were exactly the same size and had this been their gun and seeing how much they paid, if both groups were same size and match barrel was not any improvement over stock they would be pissed. They also both showed me where the Glock Store took too much metal off and was not locking up as tight as the stock barrel. Bottom line I am asking the Glock Store to send me a new barrel that they messed up and if they are not going to do that, my next step is to call the San Diego States Attorney and then the ATF followed by the FTC.  The below link is just one of many people who complained how they got ripped off in one way or another by this store. Look at the first link especially as even their own empoyee former tells all how awful that store is. The Glock Store is laughing at me but when I contact the FTC and Sand Diego States Atty which I am sure is anti-gun and would love to find some reason to shut them down. [redacted]

[The reason the return was requested is because I received the parts used already. the parts I received we dirty and used the moment I opened them.  I called asking for a return because the parts I got looked used and/or miss manufactured.  The return request was accepted based on the fact the parts looked used/dirty and were missing pieces, (allen wrench). the when I returned the parts the said I could not have my money back because the parts looked used and were dirty.  Well of course they do that is why I returned them, I received the parts in the exact same condition as I returned them, They were never used or fired.  The return was requested 2 or 3 days after I received the parts. It's a bit ridiculous to accept a return request because I stated I received dirty used parts instead of new ones, then deny my refund for the same reason.  This is a scam, they are intentionally trying to rip me off.  It is not my problem that someone at their office is shipping out used parts, I am not paying used parts when I ordered new ones. The fact that they quoted a return policy and don't have any real feedback proves that they are not trying to resolve the situation and I want my complaint to be files as NOT RESOLVED. ]
