Review: Ordered a product from this company and used [redacted] for payment. The company took the payment but hasn't/ won't ship merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I ordered or a full refund.
Review: I placed an order for 6 units of their Ultrathione 1000 Sport Pack on January [redacted], and have not received the order. I sent two emails, and left four voicemail messages with them asking to be contacted regarding the order. No one has contacted me, and the phone goes to voicemail at all times of the day during business hours.Desired Settlement: I would like my product shipped, or a full refund.
