I never received the product I purchased.
I purchased their product on March 13, 2020 for $49.95 using my credit card on the company website. I received a confirmation text for the order, order *** with a link to track the order. I checked a few times and saw that they had delays, likely due to covid. I checked again recently and saw that the website was down. The Instagramis still active, but no one responds to my message. The number that texted me is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I sent a text back to it and received nothing back. I have emailed customer service at other companies with the same product name (thinking the company got bought out or changes names) but am told that I didn't buy from them.

Desired Outcome

I'd like my money back.

I ordered a Go Vibe and never received it. They have deleted all social media presence and blocked email requests.
I ordered a Go Vibe on 1/26. I have never received it. I've attempted to reach out for more information via their ***@govibe.com that returns a non-deliverable error. They have shut down their website and deleted social media platforms. So there has been no way for me to get my money back.

Company stole my money, never sent product and never responded to emails.

I bought a "***" vibrator from this company; they took my money and I never received the product. Multiple complaints made, none responded to.
On December 21, 2019 an amount of *** was deducted from merchant *** receipt # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX invoice ID it is long past the 7-10 business alotted by the standard shipping and multiple complaints were placed after given time with no response received from any service member or merchant since; as a matter of fact the email they used for contact cannot be found. The date is 4/1/20

I have been emailing this company with no response. I have no way to track my order, it's been almost a month if not more.
I made this purchase on February 22, 2019, with my debit card ending in *** On Sunday, March 8th it notified me that the item shipped. The tracking number given to me by the company was pointless. They require an email to go along with it but none mine worked. The tracking number is LWXXXXXXXXXCN. I paid *** and I'm more concerned with legitimacy rather than delivery time at this point. If things are not legitimate I want my money back. I emailed this company on February 27th, March 5th, and 6th. I never received a call or email. I have emailed them my phone number before as well to no avail. I just want to know if/when I'll get my item. Thank you.

After a bit of research, I have understood that they are nothing but a scam/thief and have not care at all.

Purchased their product, I have yet to receive it with no response from the business to send a new one or refund my money for no product
I purchased 1 of their products stating that it will be received between 7 - 10 business days. It has been almost 60 days since the purchase. I have reached out on the business social media asking to look into the matter or to refund my money if the product will not be shipped. There was no response on their social media page and their has been no response from my follow up email to the business. The ask is to refund my money for no product received

I purchased an item from this company and was told my order would ship in 7-10. That was 8 weeks ago.
I placed an online order on Dec. 24, 2019. According to the online receipt, I was told my prefer would ship in 7-10 days. Wells it's been 8 weeks and I have t received my purchase. I have sent multiple emails asking about my order all of which were never answered. Then after my first couple of emails I sent, I started getting notifications that the email address was not a working address. From there I've contacted the company on their on website and again none of my messages were answered. I have since asked for a refund and am now waiting for a response to that.

I ordered this device February 1st, it is supposed to have shipped by last Tuesday and has not. All attempt to reach them have been ignored.
I ordered a product from this company at the beginning of this month. It was supposed to have shipped by Tuesday, February 11th or Friday, February 14th at the latest. I still have yet to receive any type of shipping confirmation, both attempts to reach the company have been ignored, and the attached email on the site to provide customer support doesn't actually exist. This is, I believe, a sham company only out to steal money and never provide a product in return. I am disgusted with them.

I still have not heard from this company and it has been well over a month since I paid for my product at this time.

I purchased a product from the company on Dec 8th of 2019 and never received the product. My bank account was charged on the 9th.
Product was never receiver, I followed the course of action plan by using the websites contact email since they do NOT provide a contact phone number and never heard anything back. I tried contacting them several more times and never received a response in email or phone call.

Never received product that was ordered on January 13th. Tried to contact company via email, no phone listed, and have not received any responses.
I ordered a product, ***-App pink the go vibe, for $39.99 on January 13th. I paid with my Mastercard. Confirmation number is ***. Delivery said it would be 5-7 business days. I have not received my package so I tried to contact them. There is no phone number offered only email. I have emailed them 9 times and have not received any responses. I even emailed to get a refund but still no response, neither phone or email.
