I have the voice message from them saved, I received it at 5:pmI have to open, review and respond in minutesAs an operating business, 5pm is a busy time with my clientsI did not respond until pmThey let me know the next day that they sent it to printThat there was nothing they could do about itWhy would anyone send an advertisement without prior approvalNot really sure, but that probably is not legalAgain, they are the advertising companyThey gave me my only proof and obviously the final proof with only minutes to make changesClients are calling confused by the message and I giving discount on things that should not be discounted because they failed to make proper disclaimersI have moved on, all I have to say is where is the email or signed approval for the cardThere isn't one, what do they have to say to that?

I am in receipt of Auto City's complaint and our documentation regarding the sameOnce again, I am confused why Revdex.com is inserting itself in a commercial matter when your charter clearly defines your mission as non-commercial consumer issuesHowever, in the interest of cooperation, I have gone to the parties involved on Gold Clipper's side and obtained transcripts of our communication with this customerThis information seems to me to refute his claims and is enclosed for your review
