I admit it was a mistake by me and my company I told the customer at a ball game one evening that I would bring her pictures to her because I had forgotten to send them to the school with the other orders , I have since replaced the order and will be making a trip to the school on Wednesday the to deliver those images to the school secretary

I have tried to respond back to *** on *** when she sent me a message back a couple weeks ago to let her know that I mailed her a check for check number ***but I can no longer find her on *** messages when the banks open on Monday I will go check on the check , if it
hasn't been cashed I will reissue a new one and I will hold it at studio till she can pick it up...*** ***###-###-####owner/photographer

I have contacted the business owner to setup a time to pickup the checkI will be picking up the check on Dec13, between 4-pmI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I am able to pick up the check next week with no issuesI also let the owner know that I am not on *** and I did not contact him through social mediaI contacted via the phone and via my *** email account
