of course its not taking almost hours to replace the batteries, but it took almost hours to figure out what the problem and what need to be fixed, the technician cant guess whats the issue with the unit in minutes and just fix it, any way what would you like us to do to keep you happy about this situation?

First of all, didn't completely understand what he is saying in his emailAgain, he confirmed over the phone that the only reason gate didn't close was because the batteries were bad and the transformer plug in the garage was not workingI didn't time him when he arrived onsite but I know it doesn't take hours to replace batteries and check the plug in an outlet On his website he has 100% satisfaction and day money back guarantee I ordered the same batteries from the manufacture (liftmaster) so it's not like I used some random batteriesWhy are they over charging for batteries One battery for $90; same battery is available from the manufacturer for only $Also, they told it will cost $for a master key; same key I ordered for $from manufacturer's websiteWhy are they ripping customers by raising the price so high?Sincerely,*** ***
Hey Revdex.com,
so what actually happened we was at the house spent about hours technicians to resolve the problem, we find out that he was needed new batteries so we replace the old batteries with new batteries, after he seen that we found the problem and fix it he decide he want do
do it by his self, we told him no problem but its not gonna cost you just 30$ for quick visit because he wanted us to fix it and we spent almost hours to find the problem, so we charged him by hours took our batteries back and left , I don't know what kind of batteries he bought and replace, but its not under my responsibility to come and check why the batteries that he put in doesn't make it work, if my batteries was there and the door wasn't open I was coming there again to fix it for him with no charge, but when he called and explain me what he did I tried to help him over the phone for almost an hour and the door still did not open, I told him maybe he didn't bought the right batteries or maybe he touched something, he told me to come and fix it, and I just explained him over the phone that I can send him a technician but we will use our batteries and he will need to pay for then he said that he want us to come and fix it with the batteries that he but and he wanted us to do it for free, I explained him that i'm not gonna use his batteries , because we are not taking any responsibility on any parts that didnt came from us, what should I do now?
