The Golf Circuit

Review: On August 25 I purchased on line a Nike performance hybrid golf bag from Golf Circuit for $127.96 using my City Of Boston Credit Union Visa. The company emailed me and stated they would deliver the product in 7-9 days. I have emailed them several times and spoken to their customer service on serval dates. On 09/16/2014 I received an email from Golf Circuit stating that they were not going to fill my order and that they recommend that I contact my credit card card company for further assistance.

Review: I made a order through the Golf Circuit website in the amount of $68.85. They emailed me 2 days after they debited my card and said we are going out of business. I have not received my items or a refund from this company. I have canceled my card to prevent them from further charges.Desired Settlement: A refund or the items I ordered
