Review: I purchased a projection screen from Thegoodblokes via [redacted]. When I received the item it was not as described. I corresponded through [redacted] with the Thegoodblokes. It was determined that after several emails that the seller would refund 100% of the money for the item. I shipped it back on January **, 2014 which was 3 days after the Thegoodblokes said they would give me a full refund. The item was received via UPS ground on January **, 2014 and signed by the resident of the name of [redacted] representing Thegoodblokes. It is now June **, 2014 and after several attempts via email and calling, Thegoodblokes have decided that they do not owe me any money because this was an old case. I have all documentation via email that confirms they agreed to refund the $949.00 plus shipping of $150 once the item was received. Unfortunately, they have both the projection screen and my money.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the item purchased as well as the shipping costs as the item was not at described in the advertisement.
