The Good Feet Store Reviews (%countItem)

I went in there looking for an insole/insert to wear occasionally when I go golfing. I don't deal with any knee, back or foot pain so when they started doing all of these tests I was a little confused. I expected to be in and out in about 15 min and ended up spending over an hour and a half in there (the sales guy was nice so I don't fault him) but I decided to give them a try. They put together a package for you and everything and then at check out they bring you around to the computer and WHAM - show you that it's going to be $1,400!!!!!! I couldn't believe it! I was in a hurry so I figured that I could try them out and if they didn't help that I could return them - nope! NEVER was I told that there was a no-return policy and it wasn't posted anywhere at the checkout either. After I read some other reviews and saw that in fact you couldn't return them to get your money back I got pretty upset. I am sure that these are helpful for people that have REAL problems but I am a 35 year old male that doesn't have any and there's no way that I am going to pay $1,400 for these things. I used to own a business so I know how this all works. I expect to get a full refund or a major one because it's unacceptable how I was pretty much cornered into making the purchase. Again, I was never told that there was no-return policy so I was lied to. I hope this gets taken care of.

I bought three sets of arch supports from "The Good Feet Store" and I want a refund, or at least a partial refund. We went into the store for a fitting on 6/1/19. I mentioned all of my medical situations and the good feet store associate assured us that their product could help. The three hour long sales pitch started at $399 dollars arch support (total $1200+other added accessories and costs) and ended with 3 sets of arch supports for a total of $1492 purchase--none of which was disclosed until after the fitting and sales pitch. Their refund policy was first mention after I paid and they asked me to initial a statement at the bottom of the receipt that says "All sales final", and that exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase. I did not see any signs in the store or recall being told of their "No refund policy". Once I got home, the inserts were problematic for me. I also felt that I did not need all three supports. I attempted to return the arch supports when they told me they do not do refunds and that I could return them for store credit (not sure what to buy in an arch support store if the arch supports don't help me). I feel misled and taken advantage of.

These sole supports are pricey, but totally worth it (compared to surgery, which I had and was ineffective).

After less than a month of religiously using these three stage supports, my foot pain is gone. I don't mind that I have to wear them indefinitely. While the price is high, the product lives up to its claims and I'm happy.

This company has a very unethical business practice. PLASTIC inserts from a generic box, from a generic non-medical over priced shoes salesmen! Prey tactics on people with real issues of foot pain based solely on that their products are guaranteed to provide relief. They are so sure of that guarantee that they do not advise medical help, nor do they warn the customer about their no-refund policy. The company NO REFUND policy was not disclosed to us verbally, it was brought to our attention when we tried to return their products one week after purchase. We didn't even use their product, unopened from their original boxes, NO was the only answer back, no negotiating and when emotions flared (me), they threatened to call the cops. VERY EXPENSIVE $1500 MISTAKE! You can only exchange for other in-store products, but then what? How they operate is based on pain motivation, they plan on you expecting to spend $50 when you go in yet have a plan to sell you that $1000 plus package, with no warranty, nor any refund possible. Very deceptive business practice.

I have been contacted by store manager of the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Thank-you for taking action in a quick and efficient manor. The store manger and I have had a good exchange of the situation, and have come to a resolution for a refund.
