I never received an appraisal for a stove after submitting images and my credit card payment online. In [redacted] of 2014 I filled out the online application for an appraisal on the Good Time Stove Company's website. This included credit card payment and emailing of photos of the antique cookstove. It states on their website to allow 2-3 weeks but it is now [redacted] 2015 and I've yet to receive any response. I've attempted emailing them and calling them with no response over the last 5 months.Desired SettlementI would like an actual appraisal of the stove images I submitted. If this is not possible, I would prefer a refund. Business Response Our Customer Management program indicates that an appraisal was provided via telephone on [redacted] It is possible that this was incorrectly cleared as completed. Due to customer dissatifaction full refund will be issued on [redacted]

No appraisal or contact received after payment. Communication stopped after payment despite multiple contact attempts including request for refund.A cordial contact was established early in 2014 with assurances that the company would help me renovate my gas stove. I live in Oregon so I was looking for an appraisal before considering shipping the stove to MA. Emails were traded with [redacted] and [redacted] (based on our similar artwork) and I was invited to friend them on Facebook (active still). We arranged to pay the appraisal fee ($25 as requested by [redacted]) and payment was made on 3/7/2014 through Paypal to [redacted]. Photos of the stove were sent by email shortly after. No appraisal was returned (that I know of) and my follow on attempts to contact the company by email, Facebook, and phone message to their business went unanswered. However, they still both send me Facebook postings.Desired SettlementPlease refund the $25. The money is not the main concern. I'd really like to know why they made no attempt to contact me as a customer as they seem sincere in their work and community.Business Response Upon receipt of this complaint, an immediate refund was issued via paypal. It was found that a spam blocker associated with the consumer's email address was somehow, inadvertently created and all emails from that address were being sent straight to trash unseen. Spam blacker rule has since been deleted. If consumer wants to resubmit photos of the stove in question, we would be happy to supply requested appraisal free of charge.

I submitted an online appraisal request with Good Time Stove. To date, I have not received the promised appraisal or follow up to my emails.On June 12, 2013 I submitted an online request for an appraisal of an antique wood buring stove with Good Time Stove. Asd requested, I completed the online form, submitted photos and paid the $20 fee. Teh automated email stated: "As soon as we receive photos of the stove, we will review your submission and send a reply within 7 days."On June 13, [redacted] replied and said she received the request and the photos (commented on how nice our stove is). She inquired about our 'intent' with the stove (i.e. refurnish, sell, etc.) and I said it was our intent to sell it. She replied again on June 17 and said she would have the estimate sent by the end of that week. I never received an estimate so I emailed [redacted] on 06/21 but received no response. I emailed again on 06/26 and no response. I emailed a final time on 07/02 and, yet again, I did not receive a reply.My complaint is that I have not received the estimate that I paid for and that was promised to me by [redacted].Desired SettlementThough I would like an estimate, I am not interested in receiving one from Good Time Stove any longer. I am simply interested in a refund.Consumer's Final Response The [redacted] contacted me this AM after receiving the 2nd notice from the Revdex.com and has provided a refund, appraisal and apology. I am satisified with the resolution. Thank you.
