was scammed into buying product while in Las Vegas. They are not licensed to touch your face, they do not do facials at the [redacted] and the products will break your skin out. Agreed to try it only after promised 2 sets of eye products, 2 sets of neck, and 3 sets of daily regime. I was told they would ship all of it. They did not and refuse to give a refund. I have pictures of their representative and the products she promised me. Never once was I told that there was a no refund policy. I called the next morning after visiting their storefront when my face broke out telling them not to ship anything and that I wanted a refund. They refused and still refuse.
I was in Las Vegas October of 2016. Walking thru the terminal to catch up with my group I was lured into the showroom by Lupita. I am a sucker and a people pleaser, so rather than stand my ground I succumbed to their heavy handed sales pitch. Never the less I left there spending waaay to much of creams and potions that I will never use. I also was not told of a no return policy. I feel like I was pressured into entering their store and taken advantage of from that point. Save your money ladies, don't be a fool like me. I am trying to get into a routine using their products but I feel nauseous every time I think about the cost!!!
I have been using Jouvence Eternelle for the past 2 months I love what this product has done for my skin. I had horrible age spots on my hands and after using this product I no longer have age sport on my hands. This product has done everything the representative promised.
