I'd have given them 5 stars if they... told me that I could do this on my own for free, I'd just have to do some research online to find out how/where. Thank goodness for the Internet, I saved ~$80. the trouble of finding a printer to scan and print my ID and time to fill out their form and mailing it back to them. Doing it directly online will very likely get me my check faster. it took me just 5 minutes or so at FLtreasurehunt.gov. Have I mentioned it cost me $0?

Legit, but.......
I got the standard letter from Graham group. It sounded too good to be true, and Grandma always said if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So I did a little search on line and in just moments I came up with a page called FLtreasurehunt.gov. And there was my unclaimed money, same amount as in the Graham group. It took less than a minute to fill out the claim form on that web site, my refund is on its way without giving Graham Group a dime. If you got this letter, go to the state site and do your own claim. And thanks Graham Group for the heads up.

Don’t pay 10%
I was contacted by Graham Group LLC via mail regarding money owed to me that was surrendered by the state. This company runs checks on people who are owed money and send letters to addresses on records to get 10% of your claim. You can do this for free online yourself at fltreasurehunt.gov and save yourself the money. Did it myself and got paid my full 100%. This company preys off people who aren’t informed of this.

cordial and professional transaction
(see attached foto of the check I deposited yesterday... )Like many of you, I received their letter in the mail claiming they had uncovered funds that belong to me and was just as skeptical as you may be explaining why you are reading reviews at this moment. Well, I'm happy to report that my check arrived yesterday from the Florida dpt. of unclaimed property and their modest fee had already been taken care of so I proceeded to deposit same. The entire experience was simple, straight-forward, painless, and fruitful. I highly recommend (Dale, and Army vet) them to get you the money you probably either forgot about, or like me, had no idea you were owed.

Money Owed Me
ON 8/2019 got a letter that said "I am due money from Blue Cross, Blue Shield".

After a fee from "The Graham Group, I will receive $408.13...

Fill out the form with copies of personal info. Mailed every request on 8/7/19.
Never heard from them again and had no money. I assumed a scam and The Graham Group had my authorization to keep my money.

On 8/22 received the same letter. Again asking me to send personal info and I will get money owed me by "Blue Cross, Blue Shield.

I called and ask what happened to my money from the 8/19 letter.
Mr. Graham took over the call and started berating me. Called me an old Lady that doesn't know what you are talking about. The company never got the letter.
A few minutes later I got a call from Mr. Graham " your acct. will be flagged and you won't get any money"... The number was 407-396-0712

This person attempted to claim funds that belonged to another person with the same name. We realized the error and indicated that her account would be flagged, as she was attempting to claim funds that did not belong to her.

BUYER BEWARE
The Graham Group, LLC. ,is owned by Dale D. Graham. Mr. Graham has been charged with crimes ranging from stalking, felony grand theft, dealing in worthless checks to aggravated stalking, harassment and cyberstalking with the intent to cause death and/or injury. I am all for reform and rehabilitation of criminals; however, the basic question I called to ask "what are the fees for your services?" was met with rude, derogatory and inflammatory responses. I was told over and over again "refer to the letter that was sent to you." The staff was not willing to provide any additional assistance nor were they willing to look up the letter that was sent to my business and ultimately refused to disclose what they charge for their services. A questionable practice at best. Mr. Graham went so far as to call me "incompetent, an it and spelled out that 10,000 had 4 zeroes, in case I was not aware." He proceeded to call both my father , who owns the company I was acting on behalf on, and my mother, who is also an officer of the company, in an attempt to "tell on me and accuse me of forging a document." All false allegations, which he would have come to find out, had Mr. Graham taken the time to listen for 10 seconds instead of being offensive, abrasive and just down right rude. If you like to be verbally assaulted, harassed, talked down to and have an individual accused of dealing in worthless checks on several counts handle your money, than this is the company for you. I would advise anyone who has a question about unclaimed property in the state of Florida to do a search and file a claim themselves at: fltreasurehunt.gov.
It is simple, it is free, and you are not lining the pockets of an individual who preys on the unassuming public.

HORRENDOUS customer service
This was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered, again, THE RUDEST. The owner, Dale Graham has no manners nor courtesy when addressing his clients. DO NOT respond to their letters. There are many other companies that provide the same service without being mistreated.

When we attempted to give you the information, you kept saying NO NO NO...We are governed by the state to what we can tell you, as well as the process that it takes to recover the money. You just did not want to listen to the guidance we were given, hence the immediate comment of Rude. We process thousands of claims every year, and unfortunately not everyone can be made happy.

Think Twice
Called this company after getting there letter in the mail...

Had to be one of the nastiest conversations I have ever had initially with anybody trying to sell me a service... It is my opinion that there are other companies that offer the same service who would treat you in the manner in which you would want to treated since they are making money off of your recovery ... In my case I found that they inflated what they told me the recovery will be and then cant back it up...

I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USEING THEM

We didn't try to "sell" you a service. We informed you of the money that was being held with the state. Additional funds were added by the State of Florida, because if they find anything else owed to you, with the proof we provide, they include it with the money. Sounds to me like you are upset that you received more money than you expected.

This company helped my dad get some money back from the state of FL They were friendly and helpful while my dad forgot to send something in but they reminded him We then sent in the thing that dad forgot and a few weeks later, he got his check Thanks very much Dad didn't even remember that the money existed in his name

Thank you for the kind words. We do our best. Unfortunately in todays climate, there are way too many scams that make our jobs that much more difficult. We helps thousands of people every year and have been in business for 17 years.

Do not use this company if you are trying to claim your funds from the State of Florida Treasury. They send letters, respond quickly when you agree to hire them, then drop the ball and do nothing. You will not receive the courtesy of a telephone e call or email regarding the status of your claim. If a little investigating is warranted in order to claim funds, they will not proceed and leave you hanging out to dry. This group is not knowledgeable of Florida Law and will make false statements.

State of Florida has up to 90 days to process your claim. We are not able to speed up the process no matter the sob story you give us. We have zero control over the states process. From my memory, we explained this to you numerous times, but you then threatened that you were going to leave bad reviews if we didn't get your money to you immediately. We know the State Statute back and forth as we have been governed by it for the last 17 years. You are simply making this complaint out of retribution because you didn't get your way.
