Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They did not follow the substitution policy as they substituted every single flowerTheir website advertised a 100% guarantee and the owner refused to help me find a resolution to my unsatisfaction which does not follow the guarantee either Regards, M [redacted] ***

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: that is a complete lieThe first words out of my mouth were no such thingThe owner asked me if my mother like the flowers and I responded who would not like anyone sending them free flowers? I did ask the business to send more flowers to make up for the price that I paid versus what was actually delivered and the business owner refused so again this is a complete lie she refused to replace the flowers offer me a store credit or even a partial refund as I was originally requesting After reading several other reviews on yelp it seems like this is a recurring issue with this business and I wish I had read those reviews firstI would like a refund for putting me and my mother through all of this as I showed her what I had originally ordered versus what she received and she was indeed upset Regards, M [redacted] ***

I am so sorry that we could not come to a resolutionThe first words from MsLong were that her mother loved the arrangementShe was unhappy that we had made substitutionsI informed her of our substitution policy and offered to replace the arrangementShe wanted no part of me replacing the arrangement, only asking for money back
