In May of Ark Basement came to our home to give us a consult on a water problem in our driveway and basementWhen we first called to make the appointment we informed the owner that we were not sure if his company could fix the problem because we were not sure if they did external work as well We requested that we would like him to give us his opinionHe came and explained what he thought would be a solutionWe told him that we were concerned that his solution would not fix the problem and he assured us that it wouldHe also told us that his company offers a lifetime warrantyHe explained that if we were to get any water after the work was completed that they guarantee to come back and fix the problemWe signed a contract stating thatOn May 18, Ark Basement came and put in a grate drain in our driveway and an internal sump pump in our basementWe paid $total for the workIn two weeks we had water coming in the same as before and now with additional water comin
I contracted with ark basement services to install sump pump for wet basement and sales person gave me details.and said they would protect items such as furnacei hired them and first off late by over an hour and then I told salesman to make sure workmen covered furnace when they took break I went to look and they had not covered carpets or furnace so I called the office and complained about filthy dirt on carpets and they said would give credit for carpet cleaner however said furnace was coveredi took photos and workman matt admitted wires crossed and did not cover furnacealso about week after install had bad rain and had copious water enter right at spot they put outside drain, so pump worked and pumped out all water to outside and outside drained right back into house.if I had known this would occur I would have not wasted my moneydo not use this company and workmen and sales person had different stories and now i'm stuck no better off than I was before dollars w
