We have had a cockroach infestation since we've lived here the past monthAlso other problems with a list of other things our move in date was 6/01/The day we were going to pick up our keys they told us Kurt place wasn't ready and they had to clean the carpets which still smell like dog pee and we don't have a dogWhen we came in we loved it until we started seeing cockroaches the first nightAlso realized next day that we didn't have fire alarms and didn't get one til two weeks laterThe toilets swivel on the floorThe sinks were not screwed down tight, they did not deep clean, our fridge is extremely loud and our dishwasher was not workingThey are aware of everything yet we still have bugs and other problemsThen this month they told us we have to pay $when we were told our rent is they also told us they would knock off $for the problems but instead added more more to our billI would appreciate it if we could have this problem resolvedI do

The new management at "The Grande" towed a properly registered vehicle that was displaying a management issued tag in the window
Apartment is undergoing a beautification project, part of which is repaving the parking lot No notifications the day prior to the incident, and no attempt to contact residence the day of the incident The vehicle was towed the morning of Friday before Labor Day Residence was not notified before the towing as a courtesy, nor was the residence notified after the towing took place Residence was not aware of the incident until returning from work that evening, and only because 1) the vehicle was missing, and 2) a neighboring residence (not an employee) had typed up a letter and taped it to residences' doors
Contacted the management front office The person who answered the phone could not confirm if the vehicle was towed, could not provide the phone number of the towing company used, and in fact identified that she wasn't even an employee of The

Its been full weeks and plumbing issues have not been resolvedFeces and sewage came back into home and toilets not working
Its has now been full weeks with having plumbing issuesWe have had sewage come back into the home, tube was full of sewage, washer smell like sewage garbage disposal smell like sewageOnly one of the toilets are working still to this dayThe plumber came out and drained so sewage would go down and out of tube but no work is done because the toilets continue to back upThe pipes in the back yard had sewage and feces and tissue come out of it overtime someone used water inbox unit or next doorsThe apartment beside us flooded with sewage water It weeks and toilets are still not working priperly
